Hello!
I'm Dr. Pamela Gordon, a board-certified family physician with 24 years of experience. I combine family medicine with integrative and functional medicine to help women address hormonal imbalances at their root. Through the use of advanced hormone and gut testing, I work with my patients to create informed, personalized treatment plans.
In this practice, I focus primarily on perimenopause and menopause, PCOS, and weight management—though all female hormonal concerns are welcome. For weight management, I also incorporate GLP-1 medications, which I find to be especially effective for women navigating the hormonal shifts of both PCOS and perimenopause.
I am proud to be a member of the Menopause Society and am passionate about helping women feel empowered, balanced, and vibrant at every stage of life.
This is a hybrid in-person /telemedicine practice. See below for details.

Where I See Patients:
Northern NV patients:
I see patients in Carson City, NV, and the first visit is an hour-long, in-person consultation. I prefer to do the first visit in-person but I also offer telemedicine-only consultations for certain clients. During this initial visit, we will have time for a focused physical exam and a thorough review of your health history.
Subsequent Visits:
After the initial visit, you can choose between in-person visits or telemedicine consultations for your follow-up appointments, based on what works best for your schedule and preferences.
Southern NV, CA, AZ, PA patients:
While I always recommend working with a physician in-person, I am working on integrating an on-line feature that will allow you to see if you are eligible for telemedicine-only visits. If you are eligible then we can set up a telemedicine program for you.
In the meantime, you can schedule a free consult with me to see if we can work together remotely.
